6. Refunds & Cancellations

Consultation fees are non-refundable once the service is availed.
Appointment cancellations must be made 24–48 hours in advance, subject to clinic policy.
Webinar fees are non-refundable once access is provided.
If a webinar is cancelled by Sweta Clinics, eligible refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

Refund timelines may vary depending on the payment gateway.
