1. Clinic Appointments
- Appointment cancellations must be made at least 24–48 hours in advance.
- Consultation fees are non-refundable once the service is availed.
- Missed appointments without prior notice may not be eligible for rescheduling or refund.
- In exceptional cases, rescheduling may be offered at the clinic’s discretion.
2. Treatments & Procedures
- Fees paid for treatments or procedures are non-refundable once initiated.
- Any advance payments are adjusted against the final treatment cost.
- Treatment outcomes may vary; hence refunds based on results are not guaranteed.
3. Webinars & Educational Programs
- Webinar registration fees are non-refundable once access details are shared.
- If a webinar is cancelled by Sweta Clinics, a full refund will be initiated.
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
4. Refund Processing
- Approved refunds are processed via the original payment gateway (PayPal).
- Refund timelines may vary between 7–10 working days, depending on the payment provider.
