1. Clinic Appointments

  • Appointment cancellations must be made at least 24–48 hours in advance.
  • Consultation fees are non-refundable once the service is availed.
  • Missed appointments without prior notice may not be eligible for rescheduling or refund.
  • In exceptional cases, rescheduling may be offered at the clinic’s discretion.

2. Treatments & Procedures

  • Fees paid for treatments or procedures are non-refundable once initiated.
  • Any advance payments are adjusted against the final treatment cost.
  • Treatment outcomes may vary; hence refunds based on results are not guaranteed.

3. Webinars & Educational Programs

  • Webinar registration fees are non-refundable once access details are shared.
  • If a webinar is cancelled by Sweta Clinics, a full refund will be initiated.
  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

4. Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds are processed via the original payment gateway (PayPal).
  • Refund timelines may vary between 7–10 working days, depending on the payment provider.
